The packaging you have done for the item was too crude and resulted in damages to the item.
The film on the front surface is broken and the item is falling apart.
Why didn't you package it properly?
It is obvious that merely wrapping it with paper will damage the contents.
I am very disappointed to let you know that I will be returning item and I demand that you pay for the postage back too.
When I made payment for the item, I had asked for you to package the item properly.
