I recognized that the headrest was less reliable while Aeron chair was reliable very much. Information shortage causes this kind of issue.
I'd like to ask you for data of the three items below to increase the level of reliability.
- Photos of the manufacturing factory's exterior or interior
- Outline to explain the background of why you did start developing the product (Very Important)
- Company's Logo data (vendorgear)
With these, it will gain more trust from Japanese customers.
