When sellers describe their items with either 'bulk' or 'in retail packaging' it means the packaging is different. Retail packaging is like you would see at a retail location, Wal-Mart, At&T Store. Bulk packaging means the item comes all alone, or maybe in a plastic bag. "Bulk" items are usually less expensive because you are not paying anything extra for the packaging of the product.
