10EEと記入された箱に、別の仕様の9Eが間違って入っていました。
落札したブーツを送っていただけませんでしょうか。
このブーツは、ブラックでライナー付なので、間違って届いたブーツより人気商品で高値が付きます。

I have received the wrong pair of boots which is NOT the item number 310408748645 I won a bid on 26 June. The box has the sign of 10EE, but there is 9E which is another line inside.
Could you ship the boots I won, please?

I received a different pair of boots than what I won on 6/26 (Item #: 310408748645). The box indicates size 10EE; whereas the size of the actual boots is 9E. Please send me the correct item. The one that I won is black and lined, and they must be more expensive than ones that I received.
Moreover, I have decided to purchase the one delivered in size 9E. Therefore I hope you can give me some discount for the second pair.
