Trace your smile lines along the inside of your mouth with your tongue. Finish by circling your tongue inside your mouth once.
Next, blow up your cheeks one at a time: right, left, right, left.
Repeat these steps 3 times.

Focus on using the muscles around your eyes as you narrow your eyes.

Tighten Your Loose Skin:
Pull up the skin above your ears with your hands, like you are holding up your scalp, and look up. Repeat this 3 times.
