二個の荷物のうち、一個は５日前に日本に到着しており、税関でもう一個の荷物の到着を待っています。
荷物がすべて税関に到着しないと、通関の手続きができないと、日本の税関から連絡がありました。
もう一つの荷物ですが追跡しましたところ、まだドイツにある様です。
この荷物はいつドイツから日本へ発送されるかＤＨＬに問い合わせをお願いします。

I want to ask about the packages that you shipped to me on June 28th.
One of the packages has arrived in Japan 5 days ago, while the other one hasn't arrive at the custom.
The Japanese custom informed me that I must clear them together when both packages have arrived.
When I tracked the other package, it seems that it is still in Germany.
Would you mind asking to DHL when will this package be shipped from Germany to Japan?

I have a question in regard to the packages that you shipped to me.
One of them arrived in Japan 5 days ago, and I am still waiting for the other one in Customs.
Japanese Customs told me that I cannot pass through the customs clearance unless I have both of them.
When I checked the tracking number for the other item, I found that it was still in Germany.
Could you inquire DHL when they will ship it to Japan?
