The product I want is product A.
It is the product you always sent me,
I do not understand why I received a different product from you than usual.
When the word "FREE" is added on to it, that makes it a different product. The functions are the same, but the product image is different.
In Japan, this is not recognized as the same product.
I would like to request you send me 20 of product A.
Do you have it in stock?
I have already ordered 10 of them, but if it is not actually product A, I would like to cancel that order.
If you do have the correct product in stock, I am asking for 10 more of the same, so please send those along with the first 10.
