先日貴方からかった商品について、
商品の両サイドに破損があり、
フロント部分のプラスチックも欠けた状態で商品が届きました。
eBay上の説明でそのことは書かれていなかったし、
この状態ではこの商品を受け取ることが出来ません。
商品を返品するので、
代金を返金していただけませんか？

Regarding the item i bought from you the other day, there was some damage on both side of the item and there was also some dents on the plastic part in the front.
It was not explained on ebay and i am not able to recieve the item in this condition.
Would you be able to give me refund if i send back the item?

Regarding the item which I bought from you previously, it has arrived, but there were damages on two sides of it, and the plastic part on the front area is missing.
There were no mentioning of these defects on the description on eBay, thus I cannot accept this.
I am going to return this, so can you please give me a refund?
