I placed an order for Tour Issue clubs with bombsquadgolf, but I didn't get a reply.

I ordered Tour Issue clubs to bombsquadgolf but, they don't give me a reply yet. I have never had troubles with this company, but I can't get contact with them like one week now. Is it vacation season or something in America?
