商品は東京から発送するので、
送料が高額です。

Is it possible to get a refund ? The box which was used to wrap the merchandise has been discarded.
According to the reply e-mail I previously received from your company, you stated that indemnity pertaining to this purchase was guaranteed.
The items will be shipped to you from Tokyo, and therefore, the shipping costs will be expensive.
I ask for further confiormation because if your company does not accept returned goods, the shipping fee would be a waste of money.
