これを25個と24個に分けて小包を作って欲しいです。
日本に輸入する際に、量が多いと、手続きに時間がかかるので、小分けにして、発送をしたいのでお願いします。
手数料がかかる場合は、支払いますのでお願いします。

There are 49 items.
I would like them to be split into 2 smaller packages of 25 and 24.
Importing goods to Japan can take longer if the amounts are too large, so I'd like them split and sent in smaller packages please.
I would be happy to pay extra if this incurs an additional handling charge.

The procedure to import larger packs into Japan is more troublesome, so I would like you to send them in smaller packages.
