I ordered the shop for re-shafting the Project X. and they found out that the character on the shaft's shaft band I purchased from this shop for my wedge was different. Thickness and the space between the characters are slightly different. When the shop confirmed the manufacturer in Japan, they told them that there is only one type of shaft band. According to True Temper’s website, they changed their spec and started using a universal label from 2009. Are you sure that these are real products? Is this an error due to the difference in the production plant?
Please advise.

When I checked the True Temper homepage, it said that from 2009, all labels worldwide were changed to the same one. Is this an authentic product? Could there have been an error made at the production factory?
