となります。
これに付属品は、付いていますか？
付いていない場合は、合計金額と、購入の仕方を教えて下さい。

I am considering to buy this stroller.
I heard from my friend that she bought a stroller without checking its accessories in Hawaii and found that some accessories were missing after coming back to Japan, and she bought the accessories thereafter.
So I want to confirm that the accessories coming with this stroller are the followings:
canvas top/rain cover/shopping basket/head cover/reversible cushion sheet/shoulder harness pad/foot muff/pass-case.
Does this come with these accessories?
If not, kindly please let me know the total price and how to buy them.

I am thinking about purchasing this stroller.
I friend of mine bought a stroller in Hawaii. She didn't make sure all the attachments were there before she brought the item back to Japan. Afterword, she found some parts were missing and had to buy them separately.
Therefore, I'd like to make sure everything is there with the item I'm about to purchase.
Below are the attachments for this stroller:
Hood, rain cover, shopping basket, head cover, reversible cushion seat, shoulder harness pad, foot muff, pass case
Could you please tell me whether or not the above mentioned parts are all included?
If some of them are optional, how do I purchase them? Also, how much the total price would be including all of the above?
