クレジットカード会社に問い合わせましたが、まだ利用限度額にも達していませんでしたし、現在問題なくカードが使える状態でしたので、そちらのサイトでカードの承認が降りなかった理由が分かりませんでした。
とても残念ですが、このまま今回の購入をキャンセルして下さい。

Hello,
Thank you for your e-mail.
I contacted the credit company. Then I found out that it hasn't reached its limit yet; therefore, there shouldn't be any problem. So I have no idea why it didn't go through on your site.
I feel very unfortunate, but I have to cancel this purchase.
