First off, the item was deemed a counterfeit.
You said to return it unused and in perfect condition.
It's unused because I haven't used it but when the item arrived the seal was already broken so it's impossible for it to be returned in perfect condition.
Furthermore, the battery accessory also wasn't in there.
You said to return it by the 29th but it won't get there until June 2nd because I'm shipping from Japan. The shipping fee was $40.
