商品を受け取りましたが、箱の中はぐちゃくちゃで
肝心の商品も酷い状態で、完全に壊れていました。
ガラスが割れていますし、先端部分の木もボッキリ折れています。
必要な部品もいくつか見当たりませんし、ゴミ同然の代物です。
本当に最悪な状態ですので、全額返金してください。
もし返金に同意しない場合はebayに即刻通報します。

I have received the item(s) but it was all crushed inside the box.
The item(s) itself is really in a bad condition. It is completely broken.
The glass is broken and the wooden edge is snapped.
I cannot find the parts that should be necessary. This is same as trash.
It is crucially in bad condition so please refund the money.

I have received the item, but it's a total mess inside the box, and the item itself is in a completely wrecked state.
Apart from the glass being cracked, the wooden part on the front is also broken. All the necessary parts could no longer be found, and this thing is now as good as a piece of trash.
As this is in the worst condition that it could be, I hereby request a total refund.

Though I've received the product, I found out the product inside the box was already in bad condition and completely broken.
The glass was broken , and also the wood of the tip-part is bended completely.
The core components of the product were also missing. Now what I've got is just like a rubbish.
I'm completely unsatisfied with such condition of goods received, and now I would like to ask for a full refund.
