の「ヘッドホン」を受け取りました。
本日、輸送用段ボール箱を開封し、
商品を確認したところ、商品の外箱に
カッターナイフで傷付けたとみられる
約10cmの傷がありました。
これは、Amazonからの段ボールを
あなた方が開封して検品した際に付いた傷だと思います。
私はこれを日本で定価で販売する事ができません。
30%引きで販売しますので、商品代金と輸送費の
30%を弁償してもらえませんでしょうか？

Dear MyUS.com,
I received the headphone, AWB: 9128556334, the other day.
I opened the box and checked the content today. There was about 10 cm long cut that looked like somebody cut by a knife on the outer box of the item.
I think this was made when you examined the inside of the box sent from Amazon.
I don't think I can sell this in Japan at the market price.
I would like to ask you to give me a 30% discount because I would have to sell this at the 30% discounted price.
I appreciate you consideration.
