Today, I got the headphones, AWB#: 9128556334.

I opened the box and checked the products. Then I found about 10 cm scar on the package. I assume that it came from when you opened the box.

I can't sell this in full price in Japan. I will sell it with 30 percent discount. Can you refund me the 30 percent of the products and the shipping fee please?
