The DVDs I bought from you have infringed the copyrights of the manga artist. Before I bought them from you, I had asked you if they were illegal or pirated copies, and you assured me that they were original products recognized by the Malaysian government, didn't you? However, they are not approved by the manga artist. In other words, it is illegal for me to sell them in Japan. You lied to me. Your buyers from Japan will be making the same claims against you. I bought a DVD from you but it infringes on the copyright of the original creator. I asked you before buying the DVD if it was a copy or a pirated version and you explained that it was a legitimate DVD approved by the Malaysian government. But it does not have approval from the creator, meaning it is illegal for me to sell this to users in Japan. Your response was a complete lie. Perhaps now I'll have all the buyers from Japan send in the same complaint. I demand you give me a full refund at once.
