I bought a DVD from you but it infringes on the copyright of the original creator. I asked you before buying the DVD if it was a copy or a pirated version and you explained that it was a legitimate DVD approved by the Malaysian government. But it does not have approval from the creator, meaning it is illegal for me to sell this to users in Japan. Your response was a complete lie. Perhaps now I'll have all the buyers from Japan send in the same complaint. I demand you give me a full refund at once.
