MCINTOSHのMA6200の件です。先日まで、出張のため、先日届きましたプリアンプを確認したのですが、音が全く出ません。何度も試しましたがダメです。機能は問題なしとのことで購入したので、非常にショックです。修理屋に、問い合わせたところ、修理代500ドル以上はかかるとのことでした。音も出ない、ノイズもない全くの無音のため、回路系統の故障とのことです。500ﾄﾞﾙで結構なので、ご返金いただけませんでしょうか？とにかく困ってます。一大事です。ご連絡お待ちしております。

I am contacting regarding MCINTOSh MA6200. I have just checked amp that I received the other day because I was out for business trip. However, the sound does not come out at all. I've tried several times, but the nothing happened. I have purchased this because there is not mechanical issue. I am very shocked to find it out. As I contacted the repair store, I was told that it will cost me $500 for repair. According to the repair store, it must be some circuit problem as there is no sound, even no noise. Can you please refund me $500 for repair fee? I am very confused. It is very important. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

This is regarding the MCINTOSH MA6200. As I was away for work, I finally managed to test the pre-amplifier that was shipped to me a few days ago. I couldn't get any sound from it no matter how many times I tried. I bought it thinking that it was working fine, so this was a shock. When I brought it to the repair shop, I was told it would cost over $500 to fix it. As no sound or noise was coming from it, there is likely to be a problem with the circuit system. I'm fine with paying the $500, but could you refund me the payment for this? This is really a huge problem, and I'm really upset by it. I look forward to your reply.

And, I unpacked and installed those audiovisual apparatuses in the other day.
But, I cannnot hear in the both speaker.
I tried many times, worth a damn.
I bought it because the product has any problems for nothing.
It was the shocking event.
I asked an audio repair shop.
They told me that repair charge will cost me 500 dollars or above.
No sounds come out from the speakers. And there's no noise, too. They explained it as circuit system malfunction.
I want to put in a claim 500 dollars for the repair charge.
I am quite at a loss what should I do.
