税関より連絡がきました。
SLENDERTONE と記載されている部分を全て削除するか、商品全てを破棄するかのいずれかになります。
現状ではその後にそちらへ送り返すことはできませんが、SLENDERTONE と記載してある部分の削除後にはそちらへ送り返すこともできます。SLENDERTONE の販売元へ提出できる証明書はありませんか？
また、証明書がない場合は上記の対応になりますがいかが致しますか？

Hello, We have received a notice from the customs.
The custom required us to do either of the followings: delete all the markings of “SLENDERTONE”; or dispose all the products.
Under this situation, we cannot return these to you after that, but can return them to you if we delete all the markings of “SLENDERTONE”. Do you have any evidential document which can be submitted to the manufacturer of SLENDERTONE?
If you do not have such document, we have no way but the above options. How would you like to do?

Hello, we got a message from customs. All we have to do is if we should delete the entire parts saying SLENDERTONE or discard all the goods. At this moment we cannot send them back to you afterwards, but we might be able to return over there if we could delete the entire parts saying SLENDERTONE. Do you have certificate which can be submitted toward the distributor of SLENDERTONE? If not, we'll do like written the above, so let us know what you want.
