I have never had this kind of troubles before and didn't pay any attention to a Money Back Guarantee of PayPal to protect my purchse; I haven't bought it so I am worried a little.

ebayでの発送トラブルです。ディスプレイケースをアメリカより日本へ送って頂いたのですが、届いた時には壊れていました。日本の郵便局に問い合わせた所、受取人では補償を受けられないので差出人にアメリカの郵便局に連絡するように伝えて下さいと言われました。そのことを差出人の方に連絡した際、快く承諾頂き、現在書類を記入してくれています。
