I sent it in Japanese because I thought it was meant to PayPal but I think I misunderstood it.
I thought I could keep exchanging mails for filing a complaint.
I have never had this kind of troubles before and didn't pay any attention to a Money Back Guarantee of PayPal to protect my purchse; I haven't bought it so I am worried a little.
Since you have been very sincerely handling this matter I would like to mark the best on the eBay evaluation as long as I get my money back.
