配信する時間は00:00〜12:00を予定しています。TwitterAPIの障害等が発生した場合は12:00以降になる場合もあります。

Also developing your images or shrunk URLs and send them can be done as to make to research on Evernote easy.
We paln to send it between 00:00~12:00. It may become after 12:00 if something happens with TwitterAPI.

These, you can change at the administration screen. You also can develop your pictures or shorted URL to distribute. The time to distribute will be 00:00-12:00.
