I contacted you regarding the snow goggle I purchased last month.

・The snow goggle was packed in the drawstring bag to avoid damage.
As I understand, if you pack in the original condition, you don’t have to put the snow goggle in the drawstring bag to avoid damage in the first place, since the snow goggle just fits inside the inner box.

If the item was brand-new and was taken out from the box to just take a picture, weren’t you supposed to keep the inner box and put it back to its original package, especially if you had the intention to sell it?
Why did you get rid of the inner box? It appears odd and unnatural to me.
Maybe you are telling me the truth but, even so, the package condition is far from the original.
I can not be sure whether it is a brand-new item.
I will return the item so please send me the full refund.

If this is brand-new but you had opened for shooting temporary, and you are going to sell it then, it should be putted it back in order with inner box.
I really can't understand why you had disposed of inner box. For what purpose?
Perhaps, you may say to me a real story.
