I have registered two addresses (one is in Japan and the other in US) at this web site.
My first order, for which I had asked to send it to Japan, did not arrive, so I received a refund.
My second order, for which I had asked to send to the address in US, arrived safely.
My third order, for which I had asked to send to the address in US, failed to arrive and I received a refund.
I am going to buy from you often, will you give me some advice on what I should do to avoid further trouble? Also, I would like to know your stock status before I place an order.

I have registered my address in the US and Japan in this website. For the first time, I requested to send purchased items to Japan but I'm afraid it was canceled and refunded. In my second shopping, I requested to send items to the address in the US, and I received them without any trouble. Then in my third time, I requested the address in the US to send to, but it was canceled. I'm thinking to purchase in this website regularly, so I would like to have some advice. Just to be safe, I am pleased if I could confirm if you have stocks in advance.

I entered both an American and Japanese address on this site. The first I ordered a product which couldn't be shipped to Japan and so was refunded. The second time I used an American shipping address and the item was received safely. The third time I requested shipping to an American address but on this occasion was given a refund. As I would like to order again in the future I thought I'd contact you for advice. If before purchasing I could check stock I'd be grateful.
