先月購入した上記の商品ですが、初期不良でした。充電しても作動しません。よって返品させていただきたいのですが、返品期限の2月18日には間に合わせることが不可能です。理由は、現在私の手元にこの商品がないため、持ち主より私が受け取ってからしか発送できなことと、日本からの輸送になるため、時間がかかります。返品依頼の申請は済みましたが、御社への到着まで2週間ほどかかると予測しています。この場合、返品は受領してもらえますか?また、受領していただけるのであれば、返金は減額となりますか?

I am writing about the item that I bought from you last month. I tried it when I got it and it didn't work. It didn't work even after it was charged. The item above I purchased last month looks initial failure. It does not work even after charging. Then I would like to return this, however, I can't deliver the return unit by February 18, your return policy because since the failure item is not on my hand currently, I will be able to send the item back to you after receiving it from its owner.
