先日商品が届きました。確認したのですが、写真の通り、ガラスが破損しております。
写真のとおり、外箱の中にさらにダンボールで梱包されていますが、外箱と中箱の間の緩衝材があまり入っていないようでした。eBayの記載を拝見しましたところ、７日以内でのリターンとありましたので、返品を希望します。またご返金願います。保険はおそらく発送元（セラー様）にて、手続きとなると思います。ご連絡お待ちしております。よろしくお願いいたします。

Yesterday I received the item. I found the glass was broken as shown in the photo.
The item was packed in double packaging way but apparently there were not enough cushions between the external box and inner box.
I want to return the item. So will you refund the amount I paid?
According to the description at eBay, I can return the time within seven days.
That's why I want to return it and get a refund.
I believe that the sender (seller) will claim for the loss on the insurance.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Like the picture, it has the one cardboard box in the other box; however it does not have enough cushioning packaging between outside and inside cardboard boxes.
