シーズンが終わるまでに、プレーヤーはこのシールでヘルメットをほぼ埋めつくことも出来る。チームメートの前でプレーヤーの功績が認められ、ファンにもその年中、チームの成功に対する自分の功績を認めてもらえるのである。
功績を認めてることが重要だとし、上司はこの原理を社員のモチベーションを高めるのに利用するべきである。前向きな強化と功績を認める事を定期的に行うことは、社員への刺激にもなる。問題はどうやってするかだ。功績を認める方法は沢山ある。想像力を少し使って見ると分かるだろう。規律も必要だろう。功績を認められることは、散発的だったり、望まれる結果を達成したりするという事ではないのだ。
