私が購入した2つの商品が壊れて届きました。
2つの商品とも車輪が車両止めから抜け落ちた状態で配達されてきました。
車両本体の内部にある、車輪台座を止めるネジの取り付け部品が外れています。
しかもネジ止めの部品が車両の内部で倒れている状態です。
問題の発生している部品は模型の内部にあり、見たところ分解して修理することもできません。
不良品ですので、正常な商品と交換してください。
手続きの方法を私に教えてください。

The two items I bought arrived in a damaged state.
Both of the two items were sent to me in the state that wheels came off the vehicle stopers.
The parts for installing the screws used to fix the wheel base inside the vehicle body came off.
And the parts used to fix the screws tilted inward the vehicle inside.
The parts with problems are inside the models. It cannot be disassembled and repaired as long as I see.
They are failure items. Please exchenge them with good ones.
Please let me know the proceddure.

A part for connecting screw fixing a wheel base, which is inside a train, comes off.
Also, a part of screw clamp fall down inside a train.
The trouble part is inside a model, thus I cannot dissolve and repair it apparently.
Since they are defectives, please change to normal items.
Please tell me the way of the procedure.
