Since you paid for an item using PayPal, the payment status in My eBay can take up to 5 business days to be updated. The "$" icon next to the item will change from gray to blue once the payment has been completed
with PayPal. While the payment is still being processed, the buyer will see the "hour glass" icon (or sometimes it may still show mark as "Payment sent").
