簡単な操作で記録することができます。
表には１時間毎にメモ欄を設置してありますので、そちらに様々な情報を記入することもできます。
表の一番下には大きなコメント欄がありますので、
その日の気になった出来事を記入するなど、日記のようにお使いいただけます。
