今後もし税務調査があったときに、どこから仕入れをしたのかわかる領収書が必要です。
それはこちらで作成したものではなくて、売り手が作成した正式な領収書でなくてはいけません。
領収書を作成していただくことで、御社に迷惑をかけることは絶対にありません。

The receipt that you know where the items were purchased from, in case there is a tax investigation afterwards.
This document should not be made by your side and the formal receipt that is provided by the seller.
We never cause you any trouble by asking you to produce the receipt.
