乙は、景品表示法等（景品表示法のほか本契約書に基づく商品等を販売する場合において遵守すべき法規であり、関連するガイドライン等を含む）を遵守しなければならない。乙がこれに違反した場合、甲は本契約又は個別契約の全部又は一部を直ちに解除することができる。この場合、乙は甲に対して甲が被った一切の損害を賠償しなければならない。免責事項に関して、基本的に御社は該当しない内容となりますが、買取案件で指摘された事例があるため、削除が難しい内容となります。
