契約書はメーカーによって違い簡単な契約書もあれば、複雑な契約書もあります。
契約書がなく取引の諸条件のみ取り決めて取引している会社もあります。
見本をメールに添付しますので、参考にして御社で修正または作成してください。
購入条件等は出来る限り御社の条件を受け入れる予定です。
弊社の条件としては支払いはユーロ建て。
配送方法はDHLまたはFEDEX希望。
支払い時期は、発送完了後、追跡番号を受け取ってからの御社の銀行口座に振込みます
