Please contact the person in charge as follows. When you have completed sending INVOICE to Consignee, please let us know. Unfortunately, "A" can only provide you with open space for one. Please be informed that next week, the vessel will omit the port. Most likely, the vessel would be in port in April. We will let you know immediately when the space has been confirmed open. The shipper informed us that the Consignee hadn't received the INVOICE yet. Could you please check?

Would you please contact us once the invoice is sent to the consignee? Unfortunately, only one space can be prepared with "A". The ship is supposed to depart from the port next week. I believe it would be the main ship departing in April. I will let you know as soon as the space is secured. The shipper has notified us that the invoice to the consignee has not been sent as of yet. Please kindly confirm. Thank you.
