11月２９日にHEART 4 HEART NECKLACE (code: 3N9T233RC)（Order FF-846914-20111128-180449）を購入しましたが、まだ商品が届きません。トラッキングは「配達完了」になってますが、前日に違うアカウントで商品を注文してその商品とトラッキングナンバーが同じでしたが、商品は一つしか入っていませんでした。
もし商品を発送してなかったら、すぐに発送してください。

I purchased HEART 4 HEART NECKLACE (code: 3N9T233RC) (Order FF-846914-20111128-180449) on November 29; however, I still haven't received the item. The tracking system indicates that the "delivery has been completed." I have ordered another item from a different account the day before, and the same tracking number was assigned to both orders.
