11月２９日にHEART 4 HEART NECKLACE (code: 3N9T233RC)（Order FF-846914-20111128-180449）を購入しましたが、まだ商品が届きません。トラッキングは「配達完了」になってますが、前日に違うアカウントで商品を注文してその商品とトラッキングナンバーが同じでしたが、商品は一つしか入っていませんでした。
もし商品を発送してなかったら、すぐに発送してください。
そして私に連絡をください。

I bought HEART 4 HEART NECKLACE (code: 3N9T233RC)(Order FF-846914-20111128-180449) on November 29, but the item hasn't arrived yet. The shipping status says "arrived", but I bought another item by different account and the tracking number for it was the same as the one for necklace, and there was only one item in it.
If you haven't sent the item, please send it as soon as possible, and let me know when you send it.
