We got an answer to our question regarding the procedure of making an operation manual in our division about a year ago. Do you have any changes on a policy of the government or the system after a while? We confirm those changes for the systems once a year.
Please keep updated of the details of changes if there are, or telling us so if there aren't.
Also, it is helpful if you contact us in advance whether it is impossible to ship because the way of shipping isn't secured depending upon the region of order or it takes longer time even though it is able to ship.
