・何故一本だけタッピングビスが使用されたのか、見解を下さい。組立は適切な部材を使用して下さい。
・PO：S-020の300台は、手違いにより「A」ブランドとして納入される事は了承しておりましたが、全てS/Nがありませんでした。
・不具合があった場合に個体はどう識別するのか、見解を下さい。又、どのように出荷前確認をされたのか、チェックリストを何点か提示下さい。
