提出書類の中に今回初めてHMRCが発行する書類を求められました

I received an email from Amazon UK yesterday.
It was a reminder on providing personal identification documents which occurs once every few years.
Among the requested documents, it is for the first time that they asked for documents issued by HMRC.
May I know if it is possible to get the below items?
It would be much helpful if I can have them in PDF format.

Hello
Yesterday I received an email from Amazon UK.
It was a notice of submission of identification documents, which is done every few years
Among the submissions, for the first time ever, HMRC-issued documents were asked for.
Can I get the following ones?
It would be nice to get it in PDF
