(守秘義務)乙は、甲が取り扱う商品に関する特許・技術及びノウハウの総て及
び、これに付随する学術的、専門的な有形・無形財産権をみだりに外部へ漏洩してはならない。
もし乙が他者に甲の秘密を漏らし、甲がこれに係る損害を被った場合は、乙はこれを弁償するものとする。
(契約違反時の措置)乙がこの契約に違反した時は、甲は即時次の措置を取る事が出来る。

(Confidentiality) B shall not disclose any information including but not limited to patent, technology and know-how and all tangible and intangible proprietary right related thereto. In case that B discloses any Confidential Information of A to any third party and accordingly A suffers any damage from that, B shall indemnify B for such damage.
(Breach of This Agreement) In case that B breaches this Agreement, A is entitled to immediately take action as follows:
