A bill to reduce the salaries of the national government employees by 8% is introduced to the Diet in Japan. A bill for giving the conlusion of agreement right to civil servants is also proposed. (According to the laws national civil servants in Japan are not entitled to the rights to conclude an agreement and dispute with restricted the Basic Occupational Law.)

In Japan a bill for lowering the national public officers' salary by ８％ has been submitted to the Diet.
