APMEXはコイン業者なのでNGC提出フォームを添付してもらえません
提出フォームをEメールとFAX両方で送信しました。
コインが到着してから４日経過しょうとしていますので。
"First"認証するために１日でも早く受付し、ステータス"Submission Tracking"で"Received"になるようにしてください
何度も連絡していますが伝えているか心配なので有料翻訳サービスを利用しました

Raw coin before grading arrived on June 19 by USPS#.
Since APMEX is the agency of coin, so they don't attach NGC submission form.
I transferred the submission form by e-mail and Fax.
It was because it had been 4 days since the coin arrived.
Please accept it as soon as possible to certify "First" and set the status "Submission Tracking" as "Received".
I have contacted you again and again, however, I worry whether I could inform you what I would like to tell you. So, I use the paid translation service for this message.

Mint coins before grading were delivered via USPS# on the 19th of June.
As APMEX is a dealer for coin so that NGC submission form isn't attached.
Therefore we transmitted the form by email as well as fax.
It may have passed 4 days since the delivery, in order to speedup the "First" authentication, please make the "Submission Tracking" status to be "Received" as soon as possible.
