C８８を再度確認したのですがどこが該当箇所か分かりませんでした
疑問のある部分を赤枠でしめしました。
１．ロンドンの住所が記載されていますが、これはあなたの会計事務所の住所ですか？
それとも私がVATナンバーを取得した時に登録した住所でしょうか？
２．B001がどこに記載されているのか分かりませんでした。
B00はありました
金額と思われる部分を赤枠でしめしました。この金額を元に算出していますか？

I have checked C88 again, but I couldn’t find Where it was.
I just drew it that unknown part in red frame.
1. The address in London is listed, Is this the address of your accounting office?
Or is it the address that I registered when I got the VAT number?
2. I don’t know where the B001 is?
But i found B00.
I drew it on red frame that looks like amount of money.
Do you calculate it on the basis of this amount?
