The representative name is A in Japanese, but the name on the passport is B.

The Japanese name of the juridical representative in Japan is A, but name on passport is B.
It was really nice to have introduction of Mr. C through your company.
Therefore, if the contract with your company is Ok and to be progressive then, we will in person directly incorporate with the juridical, and myself D will be ready for permanent resident, and as a special procedure there will be a readiness.Based on vast experience in Japan, I will be happy to deliver the essence of Japan services to your country.

The legal representation of Japanese names in Japan is “A”; however on the passport the name is “B”. At this time if it can be presented in your introduction as Mr. C, I feel we couldn’t be more pleased, indeed. Customers must then so be addressed. If the contract advances smoothly, we will immediately establish a company; I have already set up the top students specialized in business with permanent residency D.
