I have received the record. There is a large crack at upper part and back of the record cover. When I confirmed before purchase you said there the cover did not have any split or parting. Is this really the record that i bought?

I had the record sent. At the back of the upper part of the record cover, there is a big crack. When checked to you before this purchasing, you told there had not been any split nor parting. Is this really the record I purchased?
