メーカーの生産が遅れた事と運送会社の出荷手配の問題で、弊社の問題で商品の入荷が遅れた事は僕は理解します。しかし、お客さんは、弊社が もう少しメーカーと運送会社と連絡をとっていたら、こんなに納期が遅くならいと言っております。月末に商品が到着しても、どこもセールで全く売れないそうです。弊社から発注したらトラブルばかりで、今後 発注するのが難しい。

I could understand that arrival of items has been delayed due to our problem such as the delayed production of manufacture and an issue for shipping of courier company.
However, our customer says such a big delay should be avoided if we would make a contact to courier company at early stage. When the items will be arrived in late this month, these items might not be able to be sold at all they say. It would be always difficult for ordering at us and may result to place an another order our customer noted. We got many of order for various brands from them.
Tomorrow we will have a meeting with them but what sort of proposal should we give them in order to secure the relationship each other ?

I understand the matters that the maker's production was late and process of shipping carrier made your purchasing items. However, our customer complained that there would not have been such a delay if you have contacted to the maker and the carrier.Even though the items arrive, there will not possible to sell as there are everywhere on sale. There are many issues to order your firm and it will be hard to order to you in the future.
Last year I had various brands orders.
Tomorrow, I will have a business talk with the customer, and what will make him to order again?
