ラベルを剥がす作業は、彼の専門外だと理解していますが、現状 一週間に一件のペースで作業が終了しています。その結果、商品代金を支払ってから1か月ぐらい経過するお客さんもいます。いつになったら商品が引き渡しができるかと言う問い合わせを何度も対応しております。ラベルに記載されている会社にお客さんが連絡する事はありません。弊社の方で処理をすると、経費と時間もかかるので、今後 お客さんの方で対応してもらった方がいいと思います。納期を優先するのであれば、発注を抑えた方がいいですか

I understand that the work to remove the label is outside his expertise but at the current condition, the work will be over in a week, on a basis of 1 order. as a result, there are customers who spent around a month waiting after they paid for their items. I had to deal with inquiries about when can the items be handed over several times. None of the customers have contacted the company written on the label. It will take money and time if it were to be dealt with on our part so I think it would be better if it was dealt with on the side of the customer. If we were to prioritize the delivery date, would it be better to reduce the order?

If we deal with it, it wastes expenses and time, therefore, I’d say it is better for customers to deal with it by themselves. Is it better to minimise the order to deliver by the due date?
