前回注文した商品（42ケース）の内、30ケースは無事に届きました。
残りの12ケースの発送が10月になるという事は承知していますが、他に必要な品もありましたので、これらも含め、昨日改めてWEBサイトから新たに発注いたしました。
支払いはこれまで同様、末尾57〇〇のクレジットカードにて決済して頂いて問題ありません。
商品が全て揃い次第、出来るだけ早く送って頂けると助かります。

I received 30 cases without problem among 42 cases I ordered last time.
I understand that you will send the remaining 12 cases in October. But as I need other items, I ordered again from the website including them yesterday.
You can settle the payment by the credit card with the last number 5700 as usual.
May I ask you to send them as soon as possible after you have all the items?

I understand that remaining 12 cases will be shipped out on October. However, I have other items that I need to buy, so I ordered newly the items including these 12 cases from the website yesterday.
Regarding the payment, you can make settlement by the credit card ending in 57***, same as before.
It would be helpful for me if you could ship the items out as soon as possible once all the items will be prepared.
